The City of Holyoke may demolish this beautiful 19th century historic building at a cost of $76,500 to the taxpayers of Holyoke. The current demolition phase contains 16 other buildings, 9 of which are listed in the Massachusetts Historic Register or recommended for it. The brick exteriors on most of these buildings are in good to excellent shape and have incredible details. We invite anyone interested to browse these pages and make a "bid"*.

(UPDATE: This building was bought and has been gutted and slowly being restored. Actually this building, its partner next door, and the Mt. Tom fire station down the block are the only sucess stories. Holyoke has done very little to correct the blight of the buidlings listed here except tear some down.)
