The festival is a showcase of the arts in Holyoke and in the surrounding communities. Artists, crafts people, performers and musicians will be bringing their talant to the canal district between the canals. A parade of the local children will kick off the festivities and local food vendors will be everywhere. All are welcome, rain or shine.
